About this opportunity
NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka seeks emergent maintenance work on the USS MCCAMPBELL (DDG-85), with proposals due September 11, 2026 at 10:00 AM Japan Standard Time. Eligibility is restricted to contractors holding an active U.S. Navy Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) as prime contractors; firms without these certifications are ineligible for award, though non-holders may request certification through flcy_msra_abr_group@us.navy.mil (certification process requires approximately one year).
Place of performance is Yokosuka Naval Base, Japan, with a period of performance from November 23 through December 19, 2026. Work consists of two Task Group Instructions: lube oil flush of the number one Main Reduction Gear and main lube oil and shaft lubrication testing and operation. Contractors must be duly authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan per DFARS 252.225-7042.

Pricing is submitted in USD and converted to Japanese Yen at the FY26 budget exchange rate of JPY 150.4415 per USD 1.00. Work specifications are available through DoD SAFE; access requests must be submitted by June 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM JST to kazuya.iwanaga.ln@us.navy.mil or peterjommel.s.arrieta.ln@us.navy.mil, with access available for 14 days once provided.
