The USAID intends to issue a solicitation seeking proposals for a US Personal Services Contract (USPSC) Media Specialist position at the GS-13 grade level. USAID intends to issue a solicitation for a US Personal Services Contract (USPSC) for the position Media Specialist, GS-13 Grade Equivalent, for USAID's Development, Democracy and Innovation Bureau (DDI), Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance (DRG) Center.
The Media Specialist will provide support to the Washington-based Civil Society and Media Team by being an expert in understanding support to independent media globally and advancing the DRG Center’s efforts to support independent media working in the public interest.
All necessary information will be supplied at the time the solicitation is issued. USAID will not respond to any questions or requests for information until the solicitation is issued. USAID will not accept applications prior to issuance of the solicitation.
