This procurement does not include any set-aside designations and will be open to full and open competition among qualified Indo-Pacific region shipyards. No incumbent contractors or specific award values are mentioned in the pre-solicitation notice. The overhaul is scheduled as a mid-term availability running approximately eight weeks from April 20 through June 18, 2026, based on the Military Sealift Command specification. The work encompasses both "A" category items requiring action and "B" category continuation services across multiple ship systems for the 3,300 gross ton vessel with a maximum displacement of 3,180.33 tons. The comprehensive scope includes technical requirements, manufacturers' specifications, structural repairs, equipment servicing, inspections, and preservation tasks designed to ensure operational readiness and structural integrity of this specialized rescue and salvage vessel.
