About this opportunity

The United States Marine Corps (USMC) Marine Corps Installation Command (MCICOM) Contracting Office is conducting market research to identify small business capabilities for performing Marine Corps Operations Optimization Team (MCBOOT) Phase IV Sustainment Support Services. The key objectives are to digitize the Deputy Commandant Programs and Resources' business operations, inform government mission owners' prioritization efforts, increase the effectiveness of government business process managers' engagement, validate the agnosticism and transportability of the automated business processes, and validate the scalability of the Marine Corps' cloud web services. The services are expected to align with NAICS code 541511 (Custom Computer Programming Services), and will likely use a hybrid contract structure of firm-fixed-price and cost-type contract line items. Responses are due by May 1, 2024 and should address the company's profile, interest in being a prime or subcontractor, relevant experience, and feedback on the potential requirement details.

This potential future contract is a follow-on to the current MCBOOT Phase III support services being performed under Contract HHS2316201200192W Task Order M9549421F0012, with performance currently scheduled to conclude on August 23, 2024. The government has not indicated any set-aside designations at this time, but the future solicitation may be set aside for small businesses. No award value or budget range information has been provided.
