About this opportunity
The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI) design and engineering services for the development of Command, Controls, Communications, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems and products. The scope includes application to software and hardware as it relates to human factors throughout a product's lifecycle. The UX/UI methods must cover standards typical of this domain, including related processes and products. The main task elements span the entire design and development lifecycle, as well as the scientific and systematic interactions required with the expected users of the system/product. This solicitation will result in the award of single indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts with cost plus fixed fee pricing arrangements, with an ordering period of performance for five years.
