About this opportunity

The Department of Homeland Security's US Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS) has issued a Limited / Sole Source Justification Notice for DevSecOps services to be provided by Steampunk, Inc. under the CIO-SP3 Small Business contract. The justification covers a 6-month extension from January through June 2025 to continue maintaining critical USCIS systems, including the Customer Service Web Portal, Case Filing Online, and e-Verify platforms. USCIS is utilizing FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C) to sole-source this extension while preparing for a competitive recompete called RIVER scheduled for February 2025. The task order encompasses resolving administrative requests, completing a DHS-mandated Drupal upgrade, implementing new site navigation, fixing system bugs, and maintaining ongoing system security. While the exact contract value is not specified, the extension represents a continuation of work Steampunk has been performing satisfactorily since July 2021, ensuring operational continuity for USCIS's critical digital infrastructure during the transition to a new competitive contract.
