The purpose of this Special Notice is to inform industry of the USCG's planned acquisition and to provide an opportunity for any other vendors who believe they can meet the requirements to submit documentation demonstrating their capability. The deadline for responding to this notice is May 20, 2024. While this is not a request for competitive offers, the USCG will consider any responses that provide clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. The USCG will make a determination on whether to compete this proposed requirement based solely on the discretion of the Government.
