About this opportunity

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) for a private sector development activity in Ukraine called the "Support for Trade, Recovery Opportunities, and National Growth in Ukraine (STRONG UA) Activity". The purpose of this RFI is to seek feedback on the proposed Statement of Work for the STRONG UA activity, which aims to support Ukrainian small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in investing in their recovery and growth, developing new market linkages, enhancing innovation and competitiveness, and supporting a more conducive enabling environment for private sector growth.

The total estimated cost for the STRONG UA Activity is expected to range between $120 million to $140 million, with 60-70% allocated to grants under contract. USAID is seeking responses to specific questions outlined in the RFI, which should be limited to two pages (single spaced, 12 point font, 1 inch margins) with an optional one-page cover sheet. The RFI has been amended to clarify these formatting requirements and the expected cost range for the activity. There are no set-asides or eligibility restrictions mentioned, and USAID is broadly seeking feedback from interested parties on the proposed scope and approach for the STRONG UA Activity.

(Note: The responses to all three questions below are limited to two pages (single spaced, 12 point font, 1 inch margins).  An additional cover-page is permitted but not required. We look forward to concise and clear responses, with minimal unnecessary detail.)

Except for the above clarifications / changes, the other terms and parts of the RFI remain unchanged.
