About this opportunity

The USAID Serbia Mission seeks local Serbian organizations capable of providing organizational capacity building services to other local entities. Interested parties should complete an online form by December 22, 2023 providing information on their experience and capabilities in improving internal policies and procedures through capacity building support. The RFI does not obligate the US Government to issue a solicitation, and any future solicitation would be posted on Grants.gov or SAM.gov with full proposal submission requirements.

There is no set-aside designated for this opportunity. If solicited, the requirement would likely be classified under NAICS 562910 (Other Waste Collection) or PSC code V2Y0 (Other Professional, Administrative and Management Support Services). As this is an RFI, no incumbent contractors or possible award values were provided, but the services sought appear to involve capacity building assistance for an undefined number of local Serbian organizations over an unspecified period of time.

It is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) and in no way obligates the U.S. Government to issue an RFP/NOFO and/or award a contract/grant or pay for any information submitted as a result of this request. If a solicitation is issued,  all necessary information will be supplied at the time it is posted at grants.gov or sam.gov.

USAID/Serbia encourages responses to this RFI from capable local organizations with capacity-building capability and experience.  If you have any questions please contact the Acquisition and Assistance (A&A) Specialist, Dukagjin Hasani at dhasani@usaid.gov.
