About this opportunity
The United States Agency for International Development mission in Liberia issued a Request for Information to solicit feedback on its draft concept, Theory of Change, and Results Framework for its proposed "Transforming the Education System for Teachers and Students" activity. The draft documents aim to provide stakeholders an opportunity to review, comment, and make suggestions to enhance the integrated youth activity design.
USAID/Liberia is seeking comments on the entire draft concept document, as the Theory of Change and Results Framework are anticipated to finalize either a Statement of Work or Program Description that could lead to a formal solicitation. Responses to the RFI must be submitted by November 19, 2019 to two USAID officials via email, in either Microsoft Word or PDF format. Comments should be concise and specific to the information presented in the draft concept, Theory of Change, and Results Framework. This RFI does not constitute a solicitation, and responding to provide feedback will not confer any advantage for potential future procurements related to the activity described in the Special Notice.
