About this opportunity

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Bureau for Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance (DRG) intends to issue a solicitation for six U.S. Personal Services Contracts (USPSCs) for Supervisory Democracy Officers at the GS-15 equivalent level. The successful offerors must be prepared to work abroad in USAID missions and embassies with little notice. The anticipated contract period is a one-year base period with four one-year option periods, for a total maximum of five years.

The solicitation will be published on the System for Award Management (SAM) website, and interested parties are advised to monitor the site for updates. USAID will not respond to questions or accept applications prior to the solicitation's issuance. This opportunity is not set-aside, and no additional information about potential incumbents, award values, or budget ranges is provided in the pre-solicitation notice.
