About this opportunity

This Special Notice is issued by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) for a potential activity to promote access to improved learning in pre-primary education in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The purpose of this communication is to obtain industry feedback on a draft Request for Information (RFI) attached to the notice.

The objective of the RFI is to gather comments and expressions of interest from private sector actors, public institutions, development partners, NGOs, industry associations, civil society, think tanks, and academia on effective approaches and coordination opportunities related to pre-primary education programs in the DRC. Respondents are asked to limit their responses to 6 pages maximum and can respond in English or French. USAID is interested in receiving responses from both international and local entities, as defined in USAID's ADS 303. Responses to this RFI are due by September 26, 2024 and will be used to develop a design document for a future solicitation. This RFI does not constitute an obligation to procure services or issue an award.
