USAID Central America Regional Support Services (CARSS) IDIQ

This Special Notice from the US Agency for International Development El Salvador regards a bid protest filed in the Court of Federal Claims. PMCG CollaborateUp JV LLC has protested USAID's source selection decision for the Central America Regional Support Services IDIQ opportunity under solicitation number 72051923R00004.

The Special Notice instructs that any communications regarding the bid protest should be directed only to the Department of Justice or the Court of Federal Claims, as the protest is currently under judicial review. Contractors are advised not to engage directly with USAID on matters related to the protested procurement until the court has issued its decision resolving the challenge. The Central America Regional Support Services IDIQ contemplated the establishment of multiple IDIQ contracts to provide various services across Central America in support of USAID programs and initiatives; however, the notice does not provide further details given the active bid protest.
