Key specifications include MEW-approved panels with 950A VCB and 1200A bus bars rated at 40 degrees Celsius with 31.5kA/3-second short circuit rating, minimum 95kVp lightning impulse withstand capability, and protection functionality for relays 50, 51, 50N, 51N, and 86. Award will be made to the offeror providing the best value based on compliance, technical knowledge and capabilities, past performance, and price, with non-price factors considered significantly more important than price. The proposal submission deadline is February 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST, contractor questions were due January 29, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST, and answers were anticipated by February 2, 2026.
