About this opportunity
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, is seeking sources for commercial hangar lease space in Laredo, Texas, with expressions of interest due by July 26, 2026, and space required to be ready for occupancy by October 1, 2026.
The Government currently occupies commercial hangar lease space expiring September 2026 and is evaluating whether to relocate to alternative space if economically advantageous. The minimum space requirement is 12,000 rentable square feet at a commercial airport or hangar facility. The space must include a hangar with a 14-foot minimum door height, a 2,000 square-foot helicopter pad suitable for landing and towing, and a minimum 1,000 square-foot office space for administrative functions collocated with the hangar. All building specifications must comply with federal, state, and local ordinances. The Government will factor relocation costs—physical move expenses, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime—into its economic analysis.
Interested parties must submit expressions of interest including building name and address, floor plan drawing, street-view digital photo, BOMA rentable and usable square footage, rental rate per square foot (base and NNN), and applicable common area factors. Submissions should be directed to Anna Cleveland, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, CESWF-RE-A, 819 Taylor Street, Room 2A06, Fort Worth, TX 76102-0300; 817-886-1261; or anna.s.cleveland@usace.army.mil, by July 26, 2026.
