The delivery date will be from 365 days from the date of award with CLINs to provide two optional years of services. The services associated with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be performed in locations specified in the PWS.

Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with offers.
