About this opportunity

The United States Air Force Program Executive Office (PEO) Digital Directorate has issued a Limited/Sole Source Justification Notice for continued support of the Lifecycle Management Process Integrated Data Environment (LCMP-IDE) system, to be awarded to Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH). The contract covers Information Assurance process compliance, documentation, infrastructure support, software maintenance, and hosting environment support for a critical automated information system used across 36 Air Force organizations. BAH is being awarded the contract solely because they own the proprietary source code and back-end processing environment, with market research confirming no other vendors could provide equivalent services without significant risks or delays. The task order will be a Time and Materials contract with a total estimated value of $17,034,180.24, covering a base year from January 2025 to January 2026, with four additional one-year options and a potential 6-month extension through July 2030. The GSA Federal Acquisition Service will administer the contract under NAICS category 541512 (Computer Systems Design Services), with funding coming from appropriation code 3080.

Notice text

The system provides for tracking and supporting program management processes across the acquisition, modernization, and sustainment phases of C2 mission software applications, and has become a standard tool across multiple USAF organizations. This task shall include generation, monitoring, and updates to all required IA documentation, compliance status data, infrastructure support, software maintenance and support, user support, incident response, and hosting environment support.
