About this opportunity

The United States Coast Guard is soliciting quotations for six Union brand-name hose, pipe, tube, and railing fittings (NSN 4730-01-167-9112, Part Number U20020ADN) through Request for Quotation 70Z03826QJ0000065, with an optional quantity of up to six additional items available within 365 days of award. These components are required for maintenance and replacement of MH-60T aircraft at the Aviation Logistics Center's Medium Range Recovery Product Line. The evaluation will employ a tradeoff process considering three factors in descending order of importance: Technical Acceptability (non-price), Delivery (non-price), and Price. Technical acceptability requires all parts to be new, approved components with clear traceability to Original Equipment Manufacturer Eaton Aeroquip, LLC (Cage Code 00624) or Eaton Aviation Corporation (Cage Code 08118), accompanied by a Certificate of Conformance per FAR 52.246-15. Delivery will be evaluated based on confidence levels, with High Confidence defined as delivery within 30 days after award receipt. The solicitation deadline is January 23, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST, with a requested delivery date of January 31, 2026.

This solicitation is designated as a 100 percent set-aside for small businesses, with the applicable small business size standard of 1,250 employees under NAICS code 336413. Eaton Aeroquip LLC serves as the sole source and original equipment manufacturer for these specialized aviation components. The initial award will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order for six items, with pricing to remain valid through one year after the award date or until a specified date, should the Coast Guard exercise the optional quantity provision. Shipment is directed to the USCG Aviation Logistics Center in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, with inspection and acceptance occurring at the destination for count and condition only. The solicitation requires compliance with extensive federal regulations addressing security prohibitions, covered telecommunications equipment restrictions, Sudan and Iran sanctions compliance, labor standards, and buy American requirements, as well as specific quality assurance and packaging requirements suitable for land, air, or sea shipment.
