1. Introduction:
This is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN). This is not a solicitation or a request for proposals (RFP). This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation in the future. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing Ultrasonic Aspirator System to Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC), Germany.
