About this opportunity
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a Cost Plus Incentive Fee modification to contract N0001919C0079 to Raytheon Company of Tucson, Arizona, for $80,181,964 on September 26, 2025. The contract procures Ultra 1.1+ Processors and Re-Hosted for Obsolescence Hardware in the Loop systems related to the Maritime Strike Tomahawk program. This sole-source award was justified under FAR 6.302-1 as only one responsible source could satisfy the agency's requirements, supported by a Class Justification and Approval covering Maritime Strike Tomahawk requirements through September 30, 2030. The broader program encompasses procurement of an estimated 837 MST Seeker suite kits for fiscal years 2024-2028, with NAVAIR determining that using an alternative contractor would result in approximately $877 million in additional costs due to Raytheon's exclusive control of the Technical Data Package for the Tactical Tomahawk missile system.
