The Department of State agency requires comprehensive cleaning services including dust removal, pre-stain treatment, steam cleaning, and deodorizing for curtains, shears, pelmets, drapes, and blinds servicing their housing pool of 100-120 residential properties. Contractors must complete work within 10 days of receiving task orders, maintain active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), and provide past performance documentation along with business certifications. The procurement will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method, considering compliance with Section 3 requirements and Federal Acquisition Regulation 9.1 standards. Key dates include questions due by June 30, 2025, answers posted by July 3, 2025, and final quotations due by July 21, 2025 at 4:00 PM AEST. A pre-quotation conference was held on June 25, 2025, with supporting documentation provided to potential offerors.

This solicitation does not utilize any set-aside designations and no incumbent contractors are identified in the documentation. The contract value ranges from a minimum of $5,000 AUD to a maximum of $250,000 AUD over the potential 3.5-year performance period, with pricing to be submitted in Australian dollars excluding Goods and Services Tax. The embassy plans to award contracts to approximately three vendors based on the lowest price criteria. The contract structure includes a base year with two one-year option periods plus a potential six-month extension, serving residential properties ranging from 1-2 bedroom townhouses and apartments to 5+ bedroom houses. Performance will take place in Harman ACT 2600, Australia, supporting the embassy's housing operations in the Canberra area.
