Participants can submit final questions via email to Tamara.Brown@psa.gov by 5:00 PM EDT on March 5, 2025, with questions and answers to be published on SAM.gov within 10 business days. The Special Notice emphasizes that the information shared is for planning purposes only and subject to change, with official needs to be communicated through formal solicitation or Request for Quotation.
