Notice text

Based on Boeing’s successful efforts in Phase I, II, III, and IV, they have developed the unique expertise relative to the design of the current Transonic Truss-Braced Wing configuration. Because of their long history of designing, wind-tunnel testing, evaluating, and further evolving the TTBW design, Boeing is the only source capable of providing the continued testing and development of TTBW. The attached JEFOP gives justification for utilizing Boeing as the sole source to perform the TTBW requirement.

Awarded contract NNL16AA04B to BOEING COMPANY, THE for 6007836.00 on 2020-09-30.
