This NSN is commercial and will utilize solicitation and award procedures IAW FAR 13.5. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is October 29, 2024, closing November 12, 2024.
