The government intends to negotiate with a single source under FAR 6.302-1 authority, indicating a potential sole-source procurement. Interested parties may submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements within 45 days of the publication date (by June 18, 2025). Qualification requirements will be strictly evaluated, and award will only be made if the offeror, product, service, or manufacturer meets specific qualification standards. Additional documentation and specifications can be obtained through the DoD Single Stock Point (DODSSP) at Document Automation and Production Service in Philadelphia, PA, with most documents available via ASSIST-Online.

The procurement involves radio and television communication equipment in the PSC Category 5820, with a specific quantity of 30 units. The contract may be subject to Free Trade Agreements and Buy American Act provisions, depending on the final solicitation clauses. While no specific award value is detailed, the government's approach suggests a targeted, specialized procurement with potential international trade considerations.
