About this opportunity

The Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime is preparing to solicit an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for power autotransformers (NSN 5950-00-620-2911), with industry responses due by August 13, 2026. This procurement is not set aside. Three approved sources are currently identified: Superior Electric Holding Group LLC (CAGE 58474, P/N 5-1035), Staco Energy Products Co (CAGE 83008, P/N 091-1006), and OECO LLC (CAGE 95266, P/N 6430). The part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity to maintain quality; existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge held by the qualified sources are essential to quality and not economically available to the Government elsewhere. Alternate sources may qualify through the design control activity's procedures, subject to Government engineering approval.

The anticipated IDC structure includes a three-year base period with two to four option years, with delivery orders issued on an as-needed basis against a guaranteed minimum order value. DLA is conducting a market survey to identify additional potential suppliers capable of manufacturing these items. Interested companies should submit capability information, commercial item documentation, cost and pricing data readiness, delivery capabilities including lead times and quantity constraints, and pricing considerations to Contract Specialist Santiago Diaz Capurro (Santiago.DiazCapurro@dla.mil) within the response window. Contact: (614) 307-9891.
