No telephone responses will be accepted; interested parties should submit written capability statements only.

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company is identified as the sole incumbent and the only known qualified source capable of fulfilling the requirements, given its role as the exclusive designer, developer, manufacturer, and integrator of the F-35 aircraft and related equipment. The notice does not specify a contract award value or budget range. Interested subcontractors should contact Lockheed Martin directly through Emma Stevens at 817-655-8902 to explore potential subcontracting opportunities.
