About this opportunity

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has issued a Special Notice for the renewal of its current TouchStone Accreditation Management System (AMS) Annual License with Gold Tier Support. This includes up to 500 hours of custom software development and will be awarded to the current provider, AboutWeb LLC, on a sole source basis.

The purpose of this Special Notice is to inform interested parties of NIST's intent to renew its contract with AboutWeb LLC for the TouchStone AMS solution. Key deadlines include the due date of July 8, 2024 for submitting expressions of interest and capability, and the anticipated award date of December 31, 2024 for a one-year period with four one-year option periods. While this is a sole source procurement, NIST will consider responses from interested parties that demonstrate a bona fide capability to fulfill the requirement. No solicitation package will be issued, and NIST has sole discretion in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future based on the responses received.
