The Government intends to award two BPA Call Orders under the BPAs. One for the country of Ghana and one for the country of Tanzania. This solicitation is part of an opportunity to expand to other countries for their Roads projects. Those countries include, but are not limited to Moldova, Senegal, Mozambique, Mongolia, Philippines, Vanuatu, Burkina Faso, Cabo Verde, and El Salvador, and other MCC Compact Countries.
Interested Firms are encouraged to send their complete quotation for the BPA as well as Ghana and Tanzania opportunities in accordance Sections L and M of the included

Standard company brochures and/or paraphrasing of the SOW will not be considered sufficient nor technically acceptable.
Multiple BPA awards and two Call Orders are intended from this solicitation. Those offerors deemed highest-rated based on their technical quotations will be issued a BPA in preparation of future country requirements for those countries identified herein.
