The period of performance is scheduled from February 1, 2025, through January 31, 2030, with the government intending to award a single firm-fixed-price blanket purchase agreement. The place of performance will be Aberdeen, Washington, and the contract will support multiple NRCS conservation easement acquisition programs. While specific award value is not explicitly stated, the contract includes provisions for pricing across five one-year ordering periods. Contractors will be required to complete initial title searches within 21 business days, update preliminary title commitments within 14 business days, and finalize closing services within 30 calendar days of receiving federal funds.
