The place of performance is Alpine, Utah, with work to be conducted at the contractor's facilities during normal business hours Monday through Friday. While specific award values are not explicitly stated, the solicitation requires unit pricing for various line items including preliminary title commitments, additional parcel searches, updated title commitments, final title policies, closing services, recording fees, and ALTA closing protection letters.
