The scope includes applying two full coats to three containers and one touch-up coat to a fourth container, with spraying as the preferred application method. All work must be performed in coordination with the project manager to prevent interruptions and comply with strict security, environmental, and safety protocols. The government emphasizes this is strictly a market survey for information gathering purposes only, with no solicitation currently existing and no contract awards resulting from this synopsis.
