Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in theirquote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a writtenamendment will not be issued.The purpose of this amendment is to modify the small business size standard to $7M.The due date for receipt of offers is not extended.Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASAAcquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on March 22, 2010. Documents related to thisprocurement are available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web(WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. This announcement constitutes the onlysolicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for an indoor facility andaccommodations for the Thermal and Fluids Analysis Conference in Houston, TX.See Attached Statement of Work (SOW) for more information.http://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/NNJ10333240Q/Statement-of-Work.doc The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 2005-38.This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1. The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 721110 and$7.0 respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for thisprocurement.All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.The conference will take place on August 16th -20th, 2010. Please see SOW for furtherinformation.Offers for the items(s) described above are due by 4:30pm CST on March 31, 2010 to PerryL.
