The Naval Air Warfare Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Contracts Department (AIR 2.5.1.11), Patuxent River, Maryland will procure on a competitive basis the services necessary to provide support to the NAWCAD Atlantic Test Range (ATR) SureTrak Surveillance Systems Department (AIR 5.4.2). Contractor services are required to provide support to install, operate, and maintain United States Government owned surveillance systems. The systems requiring support are primarily, but not limited to, those developed by the Atlantic Test Range (ATR), such as the legacy SureTrak system and the newly developed/modified STING system. This effort will require the Contractor to support high-level projects for government agencies and activities both inside and outside of NAWC-AD, including but not limited to other Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Government agencies (Navy, Army, Air Force and NASA), State and Local Government and non-Government entities, and international installations in support of the Combatant Commands, such as United States European Command (EUCOM), United States Africa Command (AFRICOM), United States Southern Command (SOUTHCOM), United States Pacific Command (PACOM) and United States Central Command (CENTCOM) and Department of State (DoS) requirements.

The contract type is anticipated to be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and Cost Reimbursable CLINs. The Government anticipates a five (5) year ordering period. This will be a Performance Based requirement and will be competed as a full and open competition with a Product/Service Code of D318. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This notice is for informational services only. The Government anticipates releasing a DRAFT solicitation the week of 6 November 2017 for industry to provide comments and/or questions related to the draft document.
