About this opportunity

The Department of the Army Materiel Command Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground is hosting Technical Exchange Meeting (TEM) 15, a hybrid event scheduled for January 29-30, 2026, at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, and virtually via Microsoft Teams. The special notice announces this industry engagement opportunity focused on the Army's Command, Control, Communications and Network (C3N) transformation efforts. The event is themed "Aligning to Rapidly Deliver Capability to the Warfighter" and will bring together government program managers and industry partners to discuss technical innovations and contracting opportunities. The Army's Capability Program Executive for C3N and Command and Control Future Capability Directorate are hosting the meeting to support the Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) ecosystem development. This special notice serves as an invitation for industry participation in both the technical exchange sessions and one-on-one engagement opportunities with Army leadership and program managers.

The primary objective of TEM 15 is to facilitate government-industry technical exchanges and provide operational feedback to support Army C2 transformation initiatives, with particular emphasis on NGC2 ecosystem architecture and delivery capabilities. Company registration for in-person attendance must be completed by January 8, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. EST, with each company appointing a single point of contact; the government will then distribute in-person seats equally among registered companies based on auditorium capacity constraints. Virtual attendance via Microsoft Teams requires no pre-registration and is available to all interested parties. Industry partners seeking one-on-one meetings with project managers from C2 Transport, Integrated Enterprise Network, C2 Applications, C2 Infrastructure, and C2 Data & AI domains must contact the respective points of contact by January 21, 2026, to schedule available 20-minute slots. The meeting will feature keynote addresses from senior Army officials, technical discussions on NGC2 architecture, warfighter perspective panels, and dedicated sessions on upcoming contracting opportunities across multiple C2 application, infrastructure, and transport domains.
