Description: Request one, clean, approved, U.S. flag (Jones Act), double-hull tanker or articulated tug barge, with an inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks, that is capable of carrying a minimum of 134,000 bbls of clean products (intentions JAA / F76) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double-valve isolation. .
