About this opportunity
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a sole-source contract to KPMG LLP for the continued development of the Take Charge and Move Out (TACAMO) Future Readiness Model. This classified effort will integrate data available on the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRnet) into a data visualization tool or similar application to support future readiness initiatives and program production schedules. The anticipated period of performance is 12 months, building upon an existing TACAMO readiness model. The authority permitting other than full and open competition is based on 10 U.S.C. 3204(a), which allows for award to a single responsible source when no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The government will consider any proposals received within 30 days of the synopsis publication date, but a determination not to compete this proposed contract is solely at the government's discretion.
This requirement is not set aside for any particular business category. KPMG LLP is the incumbent contractor, and the government has determined that they are the sole responsible source based on historical data and future readiness initiatives. No specific award value or budget range was provided in the pre-solicitation notice.
