Update #6 ·
For Site Visits-
1. All contractors will be together during these visits, there are no separate briefs for each contractor at the site visits.
2. Each company that requests to visit can have a maximum of three people, with the potential for an increase up to four, as it states on the notice. Therefore, prime and subcontractors may be treated as separate companies for purposes of the site visit, if necessary.
3. Requests to attend site visit after 30 September will not be accommodated, as it takes additional time to process requests and coordinate with the sites.
On Draft RFP-
1. Draft RFP questions are requested by 1700 Eastern on 12 October 2015, in order to support the one-on-one’s.
This will be reiterated in the posting to industry next with the information about the one-on-one’s.
2. The Attachment (2) Specification has a formatting error that resulted in the display of a 2006 date in the header. This is a formatting error only; the Specification that was provided is the most current Specification available. The date will be corrected in the Final RFP.
3. There was a discrepancy between the Solicitation and the posting to NECO on the scheduled time the proposals are due. The correct time is 1200 PM Eastern on 11/25/2015. This will be corrected in the Final RFP.
4. The Government is working to provide the attachments for Section L and the Government Furnished Information (Technical Library) to all contractors that completed the Request for Information form listed with the Draft Solicitation.
This will be provided no later than the Final RFP.
