Responses must not exceed 15 pages (excluding cover page) and include company information, facility security clearance level, ownership status, enterprise-level contract history, and detailed responses to 14 substantive questions addressing prototype-to-PoR transition experience, high-security facility management, multi-level security infrastructure, multi-domain subject matter expertise, and strategic governance capabilities. Submit to abigail.browchuk@us.af.mil and michael.lodi@us.af.mil or through the DoD Secure Access File Exchange.
