Key requirements include three imaging modes with varying specifications (Strip at 50x30 km with 3m resolution, Scan Wide at 200x300 km with 27m resolution, and Scan at 100x100 km with 15m resolution), X-Band radar capability, VV polarization, worldwide coverage including polar regions, and delivery latency of less than 8 hours. The contractor must also provide a secure web-based portal exclusively for managing all imagery tasking requests, accessible 24/7 through standard web browsers. The solicitation requires quotations to be submitted by 4:30 PM EST on September 22, 2025, with questions due by September 21, 2025, and awards will be made to the lowest technically acceptable quoter.

The contract structure includes a base year with four option years, spanning from September 25, 2025 to September 24, 2030, as a firm-fixed-price arrangement. Technical specifications require a minimum of 10 daily images per area of interest, with the contractor providing continuous worldwide satellite coverage including polar regions. The place of performance is located in Berwyn Heights, Maryland. No incumbent contractors are specifically identified in the solicitation documentation, and specific award values or budget ranges are not disclosed in the available materials.
