About this opportunity

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Weapons Systems Support (WSS) office at Mechanicsburg is seeking eligible contractors to manufacture and repair specialized electrical and electronic measuring instruments, including scale meters, indicators, electronic modules, power supplies, and related components. The procurement will be conducted on a limited competitive basis under FAR 6.302-1 authority due to the government's lack of necessary manufacturing data and the requirement for unique design capability and engineering expertise. This procurement involves no set-aside designations and no incumbent contractor is identified in the available documentation. The contract will be awarded as a firm fixed price agreement for a five-year base period with no option years, encompassing 36 procurement NSNs and 36 repair NSNs with variable quantities assigned throughout the contract period.
