DG133E-RP-10-0038

A competitive small business set-aside is planned. The primary NAICS will be 541712. The period of performance is for a planned 5 year ordering period. Task orders will be either FFP or T&M (or LH). Orders will range from $3,000 to $100,000,000 per year and will typically be multiple year requirements. Multiple IDIQ contracts are planned to be awarded, task orders will be competed among those firms awarded contracts. The maximum contract value (MCV) for the entire suite of contract is $550,000,000 over the 5 year life of the contracts. NOAA estimates that 2 to 5, more or less, IDIQ contracts may be awarded to the highest qualified firms.
