About this opportunity

The Department of the Army Materiel Command Army Contracting Command, specifically the 414th Contract Support Brigade, has issued a Special Notice to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Parts. The BPAs will support the 173rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne) and are planned for Quarter 2 of Fiscal Year 2025 with a five-year performance period. The total estimated value of these agreements is approximately $2 million, with delivery requirements targeting U.S. Army installations in Italy and Germany. The procurement will focus on various UAS parts, including carbon fiber sheets, electrical components, FPV drone parts, Raspberry Pi equipment, batteries, and specific replacement parts for systems like Teal II and Skydio X10D. The BPAs will be established as Firm Fixed Price agreements in accordance with FAR 13.303 procedures.

Contractors interested in participating must complete Column A of the "UAS Parts Delivery Capability" spreadsheet and submit it via email by February 24, 2025. The submission must include contact details, the company's SAM.gov Unique Entity ID (UEI), and optionally, a five-page capability statement highlighting international delivery experience. The opportunity is open to both large and small businesses, with the email subject line required to be "Response to BPA UAS RFI_(Company Name)". Some specific brand name UAS parts will be required during the performance period, and all responsible sources may submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations for consideration. The government anticipates delivery requirements of 30 days or less after call/order issuance, and contractors will need to demonstrate their ability to meet the specific parts and delivery requirements outlined in the attached spreadsheet.
