About this opportunity

The Department of the Army, through the Army Contracting Command at Detroit Arsenal, is seeking a contractor to provide Logistic Fielding Support Services (LFSS) for multiple vehicle platforms, including the Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle Family, M113 Armored Personnel Carriers, Bradley Fighting Vehicles, Multiple Launch Rocket Systems, and M88 Combat Recovery systems. The procurement encompasses Field Service Representatives, vehicle maintenance and repair services, de-processing, total package fielding, equipment training, modification work order installations, and program management support across the full acquisition lifecycle. Services will support production, deployment, and sustainment operations at both domestic and international locations, including Foreign Military Sales cases. The pre-solicitation notice does not specify formal evaluation criteria; however, the Request for Proposal (W912CH-25-R-0182) is expected to be released in April 2026. Interested parties should direct inquiries to the primary points of contact: darlamae.d.lasky.civ@army.mil and jill.t.wagner.civ@army.mil, with a pre-solicitation response deadline of April 23, 2026.

This procurement is structured as a five-year single-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with no set-aside designations reserved for small businesses or other designated groups. The pre-solicitation notice does not identify any incumbent contractors or current service providers, nor does it disclose estimated contract values or budget ranges for this effort. The vehicle platforms targeted—spanning from personnel carriers to specialized systems like MLRS and recovery vehicles—represent a significant portfolio of equipment requiring comprehensive logistics and fielding support. While specific numerical requirements regarding quantities of vehicles or personnel are not detailed in the synopsis, the scope indicates substantial operational demands given the breadth of platforms and geographic distribution of support activities. Potential offerors should prepare detailed capability statements and past performance documentation demonstrating experience with military vehicle maintenance, fielding operations, and international logistics support.
