About this opportunity
Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) at Patuxent River, Maryland intends to solicit a new order under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement to provide integrated logistics and engineering support for the AN/ALQ-165 Airborne Self Protection Jammer (ASPJ) System supporting Foreign Military Sales customers, with a response deadline of June 5, 2026. This procurement is planned as sole-source to Complete Logistics Support, Inc., under Title 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.103-1, justified on the basis that Complete Logistics Support, Inc. is the only known source with authorized access to the necessary technical data and program management infrastructure required to execute international sustainment efforts.
The effort encompasses the full range of sustainment activities required to ensure operational readiness of ASPJ systems currently fielded and any future systems with FMS partners. Performance period spans Fiscal Year 2026 through Fiscal Year 2028, structured as a base year plus one option year.
This is a pre-solicitation notice only; no contract will be awarded based on responses to this notice. The Government reserves discretion to proceed or not proceed with this requirement. Respondents may submit clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in a future procurement by the June 5, 2026 deadline.
