Labor is compensated via Fully Burdened Labor Rates established at award. The contractor must maintain a Program Manager and Alternate PM, submit quarterly status reports and annual SF 330 updates, manage security clearances per NISPOM standards, maintain compliance with OSHA, environmental management systems, and Unified Facilities Criteria, and deliver geospatial data to SDSFIE standards.
