About this opportunity
The Department of the Army is seeking to procure a Diagnostic Kit Assembly High Volt/Low (NSN 6620-01-659-1256, P/N 13057650) through a three-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on a Firm-Fixed-Price basis. This procurement falls under the Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals category (NAICS 334515) and is classified as Engine Instruments (PSC 6620). A critical qualification requirement is that all prospective contractors must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) to gain access to the export-controlled Technical Data Package (TDP), which will be made available upon solicitation release. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission. The formal solicitation is expected to be posted electronically within 2 to 4 weeks from December 3, 2025, with a current deadline of December 18, 2025 for this pre-solicitation notice, and interested parties are responsible for monitoring the government website for any amendments to the solicitation.
This procurement carries no set-aside designation and no incumbent contractor or award value information has been disclosed in the pre-solicitation notice. The notice does not specify quantity requirements, delivery timelines, or estimated contract values for the three-year IDIQ period. Contractors should note that all solicitation documents and amendments will be issued electronically only, placing the burden on bidders to regularly check the designated internet address to remain informed of any changes or clarifications. Failure to monitor for amendments and incorporate them into proposals prior to submission may result in proposal rejection. Registration with SAM and JCP certification should be prioritized immediately to ensure readiness once the full solicitation is released.
