About this opportunity

The Naval Supply Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, is soliciting Swagelok o-rings and related components under a women-owned small business set-aside, with proposals due August 5, 2026. This is a sole-source procurement to Swagelok due to proprietary design; the Government has stated it will consider responses solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement, with that determination at its sole discretion.

Place of performance is Bremerton, Washington (contracting office); delivery is to SRF and JRMC Yokosuka, Japan by July 31, 2026. The requirement comprises nine line items totaling 70 units of titanium and fluoro-carbon components: two types of o-rings (5 units each), multiple caps and connectors in various sizes (10 units each), and one globe valve (1 unit). All items are Swagelok brand. The Government arranges and pays all transportation costs through NAVSUP Wholesale Supply Services using FOB Origin shipping terms. Award is anticipated July 2026.

The NAICS code is 332919, Other Metal Valve and Pipe Fitting Manufacturing. The PSC code is 5331, O-Ring. Quoters must be registered in SAM and submit invoices through WAWF. Inspection and acceptance occur at destination. The Government will evaluate offers on technical factors (including delivery date), price, and past performance in no order of relative importance, and will select the most advantageous offer. Quoters must note any exceptions to solicitation terms; quotes without noted exceptions are assumed to accept all specifications and requirements. Contracting Officer Sara E. Robinson issued Amendment 0001 on August 5, 2026, extending the response due date from July 7 to August 5, 2026. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by the new deadline.
