Added: Oct 20, 2015 3:42 pm The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to negotiate a contract on other than full and open competitive basis in accordance with 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), only one responsible source. NRL will negotiate with Andre Marquez Architects, 6371 Center Drive, Suite 201, Norfolk, VA 23502-4138. No other contractor now as familiar with NRL can accomplish the study in the time required. The purpose of this "URGENT" project is to conduct a complete and thorough, non-destructive inspection and survey, review and evaluation of the performance of the existing Base Compressed Air System. The study shall identify, document and assess the existing capacity, deficiencies, compliance with national and local codes, validate current repairs/replacements, and provide recommendations within the parameters identified by NRL.
