The National Park Service, Alaska Regional Office, has a requirement for a vessel charter for nearshore monitoring along the Katmai National Park coastline. The charter will take place between June 29, 2019 and July 8, 2019 for a maximum of ten (10) days. Detailed information will be included in the solicitation package.
The solicitation will be available at https://www.fbo.gov or at https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/ on or about April 16, 2019 with quotes due May 6, 2019. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, and evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 483114, size standard 500 employees. Quoters must have a Unique Entity Identifier and be actively registered at www.sam.gov (System for Award Management) to be considered for award. Questions about the solicitation must be submitted in writing to darcy_skinner@nps.gov. Prospective quoters will be required to visit this website periodically to check for amendments and other changes to the solicitation documents. No other notification will be sent. Quotes may be emailed to darcy_skinner@nps.gov, faxed to 907-644-3821 or mailed to National Park Service, Attn: Darcy Skinner, 240 West 5th Ave Room 114, Anchorage, AK 99501.
